Get Checked Online
GetCheckedOnline is a service provided by the Clinical Prevention Services Division at the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC), as part of the Provincial Health Services Authority.
Testing is free, you do not need to show ID, and you don’t need to have a BC Care Card.
Accessing the service is simple:
Create an account. Enter a code to set up your account. You will be asked to provide some personal information, including name, date of birth, gender, city and phone number.
Give samples at a lab. Answer the assessment questions to create a lab form, and take it to a participating Lab Location. You can print the form, or it can be scanned from your phone. At the lab, you will give a blood and/or urine sample, and may be given a swab kit.
Get your test results. You will receive an email from GetCheckedOnline letting you know when your test results are ready online through your account. If any of your results are positive or inconclusive, a nurse will contact you.
